Andrew Antonio is the solo Founding Partner of Mayfair Associates. For over three plus decades, Andrew has built a world renowned international financial advisory and commercial partnership firm that services clients primarily from the sports, talent, media, and entertainment sector.

Throughout Europe, the United States and the Middle East, Andrew is now a trusted counsel and high level strategist to private and publicly traded companies, government agencies, nonprofits, world leaders and HNW individuals — helping solve complex negotiations and close global transactions. His work extends heavily into real estate, film and television, sports licensing and venture. He holds interests in music technology, renewable energy, consumer goods among many others.

Alongside Mayfair Associates, Andrew is a Partner of Method Music, a music management and record label that looks after award winning artists such as Sam Smith and Disclosure.

Andrew is also a Founding Partner of The Openwork Partnership LLP, a fintech asset management and financial distribution network that houses the portfolios of over 4500 financial advisors, with a turnover of £500+ million.

He currently sits on the board of various companies and nonprofits. In 2022, Andrew and close colleagues established Flackstock, a music festival and charity that focuses on mental health awareness and suicide prevention. As a board member to The Pink House, he’s a passionate supporter of the LGBTQIA+ community. The son of Cypriot immigrants, he’s an outspoken advocate for racial, gender and socio-economic diversity and pay parity in the workplace. Co-founding Revenge Capital, and levelling the playing field for the traditionally marginalised, is an extension of his legacy creation.

Andrew has spoken at various international conferences and a featured guest at The Oxford Union. He currently resides in Somerset, England, where he grew up. He bases his work from his very first office in Weston-Super-Mare, London, New York and Los Angeles.

Nell Daly is a Founding and Managing Partner of Revenge Capital. She is also a co-founder of the boutique brand incubation agency, Delete Talent Management & Ventures. Previously, roles include Capital Strategist and Head of Sports, Talent and Venture of The Together Group, a global creative agency roll-up, and the CCO of The Female Quotient, a US based media company advancing equality in the workplace. She has worked with some of the world’s most influential brands and such as Google, iHeart, Spotify, Facebook, TED and F1. She’s moderated panels at WEF, CES, Sundance Film Festival and many more.

Nell started her career as a clinical social worker, championing social justice causes, especially around anti-discrimination issues and women’s rights. Nell’s been featured as a social and political commentator across numerous outlets including CNN, CNBC, Fox News, ABC Radio, top ranked podcasts and publications such as Elle, Glamour, and Men’s Health.

Nell has an MFA in creative writing from Columbia University and a MSW from NYU. She lives in Connecticut with her three children, and bases her work out of New York and London.
